Multiple projects can be worked on in parallel with increased spend. Each week, we'll send updates, request approvals, and keep you in the loop at each step of the way.
Do you guarantee work completed within a specific time range?

No, drawing from our experience, we understand that this work is highly iterative, with scopes continuously evolving to address new priorities and information. While we'll start with an initial scope and rough estimates for planning purposes, we've found that flexibility serves  best, without rigid hour tracking or change order pricing.

We aim to compete on value and industry experience. But if you have a compelling opportunity where an SOW makes sense, let us know.
What if I’m unsatisfied with the service?

Please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. If we’re unable to make it right, we don’t offer refunds, but we do offer super easy ways to cancel.

Perform and Scale members can can choose between:
- instant credit card processing via Stripe, with processing fees
-bank transfer invoicing with net-30 terms
- check sending with net-30 terms
Note: Billed on 1st of month every month, until subscription canceled or paused.

How do I pause or cancel a subscription?
